It shall be unlawful to use or occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any building, structure or other premises which have been erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved, altered, extended or enlarged until the Building Official has inspected the building, structure or other premises, and has approved the same for occupancy by issuance of a certificate of occupancy. A certificate of occupancy shall not be issued until the Building Official has ascertained that all applicable requirements of this chapter and the Township Construction Code have been complied with.
